Pete-Martin

Pete Martin

President and CEO

Pete is the co-founder and President of EntryPoint. His responsibilities include corporate strategy and all business development functions including marketing, sales and partner development. He also retains the thought leadership role for the firm's core manufacturing markets including Life Sciences, Consumer Goods and Complex Manufacturing. His deep experience with these markets and his clear focus on the returning business value from the application of technology makes Pete highly valuable to EntryPoint's client base.

Pete was formerly in field operations management at SAP America for nearly six years and spent eight years with IBM prior to this. His involvement with technology in a product and services role serves him well in objectively advising clients about the role that technology can play in increasing a company's business performance.

 Robert-Waldrop

Robert Waldrop

Vice President, Global Trade Management

Robert has a diverse background as a business consultant and corporate manager within several industries, subject areas and countries. His primary focus during his career has been on supply chain automation, with a special emphasis on global imports and exports. In this area, he has managed trade compliance for a US multinational, helped start and lead the first managed-services organization for global trade, and assisted dozens of companies in improving their global trade activities.

In his current role at EntryPoint, Robert is responsible for introducing the practice to new clients, expanding the practice into new business areas and into new strategic partnerships, continually improving and differentiating the methods and tools used by his team in its client projects, contributing to his employees' success and growth, deepening the practice's subject matter expertise, and ensuring existing clients receive the highest level of service.

As an SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) consultant, Robert has over six years of hands-on experience with GTS and 12 years with SAP SD/MM. This is supplemented by his trade compliance background, his knowledge of other GTM systems, his eight years of deep experience with all areas of SAP ERP, and a strong set of consulting and communication skills. His specialties include operational and regulatory expertise in US and EU export, Operational and regulatory expertise in US imports, SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS).

In addition, Robert is a regular speaker at national conferences, has presented dozens of webinars and has written over 30 blogs on Global Trade, Trade Compliance and SAP GTS.

Mario Mancini

Director of Professional Services

Mario leads the recruitment efforts for professional staffing resources within EntryPoint, supporting both client and partner project staffing needs. He works closely with internal and external recruiting resources to identify the best talents available and manages a rigorous screening process that ensures EntryPoint's consultants have a solid mix of functional, technical and communication skills to assimilate well within client project teams.

Earlier, Mario was the co-founder and Managing Partner of Pathlight, an IT services firm focused on Data Migration. Prior to his 14-year run with Pathlight, he also spent four years as a member of the Professional Services team at Lockheed Martin.
