What is the best way for me to find open positions?
EntryPoint has all its positions posted on our career site. Each job will have a
brief description of the job, skills required and information about EntryPoint
benefits.
When I submit my resume to EntryPoint how soon will I
receive a response?
We receive a large number of resumes every day. Our Recruiting Team reviews
every one. If you are selected we will contact you to schedule an interview. If
your skills and our needs don't match up at this time, we will retain your
resume and information in our database for at least one year.
How does the interview process work?
In most cases, there will be three or four interviews before we decide to bring
someone on board. A Recruiting Team
member will contact you for a telephone interview. The next interview will be
more in depth with ether a functional or technical person. Additional phone
interviews will be scheduled with management. Finally, you will have an office
interview with the Hiring Manager or one of the partners.
Do EntryPoint associates travel?
In most cases, you will be expected to travel. This usually means being at a
client site Monday-Thursday, then working from your local office on Friday.
EntryPoint covers all normal costs for business travel.
Does EntryPoint require associates to relocate?
In most cases, you are not expected to relocate. If you are asked to relocate,
EntryPoint will provide relocation assistance.
Does EntryPoint have an orientation program for new
associates?
Yes. To insure that all EntryPoint associates have the necessary information and
resources to do their job well, we provide an orientation day covering our
strategy, internal processes and procedures, and benefits.
Does EntryPoint perform regular reviews of associates?
Your employment contract will contain a list of responsibilities and objectives. Your manager will conduct an annual
performance review where you will assess your past performance and discuss new
goals.
Does EntryPoint provide training and education?
EntryPoint is a community of professionals who are committed to excellence and
growth. That growth will happen two ways. You will work on challenging projects
that will accelerate your professional growth. You will attend SAP training as
well as education forums in your consulting disciplines.
We know that this list won't cover all the questions you
have. We'll make sure there's time at your interview to answer any other
questions you have. In the meantime, please browse our site to find out more
