TOP Award – Q4 2009

EntryPoint would like to congratulate Natalie Alesci on being named the most recent Truly Outstanding Professional (TOP).  This award has historically been awarded to our managers and consultants who work out in the field (at client sites), but this quarter the Management Team could not overlook the immense efforts performed by Natalie Alesci over the last three months.

Natalie, our Financial Administrator, took the lead on revamping our entire financial processes and procedures.  This was a major overhaul to most of our internal systems which include consultants’ time entry, forecasting, A/R, A/P, chart of accounts, reporting, cash flow analysis and collections.

Natalie was able to improve the past processes and get the new systems up and running to make the new processes much more efficient and accurate to help manage our growing business.  This was all done over and above her regular job.

Natalie will be joining past winners Greg Futrelle, Jessica Hill and Jackie Avery, having her name added to our Wall of Fame at EntryPoint’s Cleveland headquarters.  So to help Natalie get out from under that pile of work and blow off some well needed steam, EntryPoint is sending her to New York City for a getaway weekend with her sister.   Thank you Natalie!
