TOP Award – Q3 2009

EntryPoint Consulting would like to congratulate Greg Futrelle on being the most recent Truly Outstanding Professional (TOP).  Greg, who is a Senior Global Trade Consultant, is one of the driving reasons that EntryPoint has the top GTS practice in the country.  Greg’s a Southerner who kept walking south until he ended up at the Mexican border, which seemed the right place to continue his career as the trade compliance manager for a high technology firm.  When he joined EntryPoint and the world of consulting over two years ago, he was able to quickly prove that there is indeed such a thing as a natural-born consultant.

Greg is receiving the TOP award this quarter because he took on the challenge of taking two companies live with German electronic export filing before the regulatory deadline of July 1, 2009.  More accurately, Greg is receiving this award because he exceeded all expectations in this challenge, in spite of the tightest timelines, last minute regulatory changes, and the need to manage both projects concurrently.  No matter the deadlines and the workload, Greg always remained in a very positive mood, calmly in control of the situation.

"Greg did a great job for us on the 7.2 Upgrade, and we are very pleased with our relationship with EntryPoint so far.  We look forward to Greg helping us on the ATLAS project and our continued relationship with Greg and EntryPoint." – Scott Feldbush, Cooper Industries.

Greg will be joining past winners Jessica Hill and Jackie Avery, having his name added to our Wall of Fame at EntryPoint’s Cleveland headquarters.  So that he can become even a more effective consultant and road warrior, EntryPoint is giving Greg an iPhone 3GS in appreciation for hard work and dedication.  Thank you Greg!
