What is it?

EntryPoint Consulting introduces its Truly Outstanding Professional (TOP) Award to formally recognize the dedication and skill of its employees. Each quarter, one EntryPoint Consulting employee is chosen by the leadership team to receive this award. The TOP recipient is announced on the EntryPoint website and forwarded to EntryPoint Consulting’s network of partners and clients. A member of the EntryPoint Consulting Leadership Team arranges a lunch or dinner with the TOP recipient. If the winner is a consultant on an active client engagement, members of the client project team are also invited to this event.

Selection Process

Team Member Nomination: At any time, any EntryPoint Consulting employee could nominate any other employee for the TOP Award. The nomination should include enough detail on the activities, qualities and situations that support this nomination.

Practice Lead and Partner Nomination: Each quarter, a consultant within each practice will be selected as an award candidate by the Practice Lead. Each partner will also have a selection of any EntryPoint Consulting employee.

Leadership Team Selection: A meeting will be held each quarter to review the nominations collected during the prior quarter. A single award winner will be selected from these nominees.

Awards

In addition to permanent recognition on the EntryPoint Consulting website and the lunch or dinner with a member of the EntryPoint Consulting Leadership Team (and, if applicable, with the consultant’s client project team), the TOP employee receives an award that will be unique, memorable and selected to provide the award winner an experience that custom fits, but not customary. The award would be similar to one (or more) of the following:

• Paint the town Green & Blue
• Five-star dinner for two
• Weekend without cell signal
• Tandem skydiving
• Masters cooking class
• Executive Lounge membership
• Utilization hours bonus
• Night in the city’s best hotel
• Cruise the islands
• Vegas weekend
• Theater or concert tickets
