EntryPoint's Managing Partner, Pete Martin, has been selected as a key presenter and Ask the Expert participant at the SAPinsider CRM 2011 Conference being held March 22-25 in Orlando.
CRM 2011 offers senior managers and executives the opportunity to hear from thought leaders and industry experts about the latest CRM strategies and industry trends. These thought leadership sessions go beyond technical issues and challenges and offer fresh ideas and perspectives to help drive executive CRM efforts.
Pete’s extensive background and expertise with SAP CRM allowed him to be selected for a special 3-hour pre-conference session on March 21st. He will be presenting Key Strategies for Implementing or Upgrading to SAP CRM 7.0 which will take an in-depth look at the considerations, benefits, and concerns to evaluate in advance of an SAP CRM 7.0 implementation or upgrade. Also covered will be key features and functionality, best practices and critical strategies for deployment, user adoption, integration, testing and communication. As an added benefit, attendees will be offered their own sandbox CRM system with the SAP best practices loaded so that they can start their project immediately.
In addition, Pete was also asked to participate in the conference Ask the Expert forum on the evening of March 22nd. This forum provides attendees the opportunity to sit down with leading CRM experts to get detailed answers to their toughest questions and have conversations that draw on the panel’s real-world experiences.
